Ball Blast Develop your strength, balance and flexibility with Swiss Ball work in this motivating class.

Water Aerobics Low impact aerobics workout — in a pool! Carried out in chest deep water and utilizes floatation devices to enhance muscular and cardiovascular fitness.

Cardio Kickboxing More advanced, fast paced cardiovascular workout utilizing Coreboards combined with mixed martial arts

Body Sculpting Utilizes a variety of strengthening exercises with weights, Thera-bands and more! Cardio components mixed in to keep you moving and invigorate your determination.

Coreboard/Step Super fun step class alternating with weights and cardio for a full-body workout. Instructor’s choice- lots of energy!

Silver Sneakers®- Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Designed exclusively for older adults who are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Blend safe physical activity with a fun social setting and you get a program that will help you take greater control of your health!

Silver Sneakers®- Cardio Heart Circuit  Increases muscular and cardio endurance iwth a standing circuit workout. Use of weights, rubber tubing and balls. This class is a progression of the Silver Sneakers® MSROM class.
